TGRI was born from a simple observation: too many young people are unable to fulfil their professional potential because of obstacles unrelated to their abilities. Rent that is too expensive. A missing train ticket. The absence of a mentor who knows the unwritten rules.
Founded by Ornella Naïke and Ernest Dramou, TGRI set out to remove these obstacles — one person at a time.
Free professional support
Individual mentoring by volunteer professionals, career coaching and weekly softskills workshops. Programmes A, B and C adapted to each situation. No fees, no performance conditions.
The Success Support Fund
Direct financial assistance on invoice for young people under 30 in initial training: rent, transport, supplies, tuition fees. Assessed by an independent committee within 10 days.
Kindness without condescension
We respect the dignity of every person we support. No patronising attitudes, no moral lectures.
Complete gratuity
No beneficiary ever pays anything. Ever. Our resources come exclusively from donations and volunteer commitment.
